The restaurant specialises in offering all the traditional favourites of the region. Among those the Nicoise Tart, served with caramelised onions, anchovies and black olives enclosed in a crumbly shell is a must try. Perhaps the most recognizable Provencal dish is the ratatouille, which is another dish to try. While this simple vegetarian dish has been the source of many a heated argument among French Chefs  to its authentic version, Lolukś offering is colourful and fresh.      Sasaki

Head Chef and founder, Yu Sasaki is a firm believer of using the freshest produce and introducing diners to traditional dishes. The food at Sasaki offers a glimpse into the traditional homely cuisine from the coastal prefecture of Shimane on Honshu Island in Japan, once home to the restaurant´s founder. Located in Sydney’s central business district, this little wonder can seat 25 diners at a time. While the restaurant prides itself on fresh produce, the menu keeps changing as the produce come into season. Inspired by the dishes made by his mother in their home kitchen, the dishes at Sasaki are simple but flavourful. From red miso soup to prawn ceviche all the staples of Japanese cuisine can be savoured. For diners with specific dietary requirements, the friendly waitstaff will be happy to suggest alternatives.

     Molo at Manta

    For those looking to experience something new among the Pubs in Sydney, the eastern suburb of Woolloomooloo will not disappoint with Molo. This relatively new pop up wine bar is part of fine dining restaurant Manta. The simplicity of its setting beckons diners with its first impression of seating outdoors. Heating keeps guests cosy during the colder months, while the bar prides itself on keeping things simple. While ideally the Molo is a good place to hang out with friends for a small snack and some wine, the menu does offer dishes that are sizeable enough to be considered as a main course.

     Sneaky Possum

    Whether you are  looking to delve into the restaurants or pubs in Sydney, the Sneaky Possum will meet all expectations.  This multi facet venue manages to evolves from a cafe, restaurant and bar throughout its daily operations. The dining area at the back of the restaurant hosts diners while offering a cosy atmosphere for a quiet hang out complete with vintage arcade games and pinball machines. The bar at this restaurant in Sydney overlooks a visible kitchen area where the head chef can be seen pulling out all the moves to make sure those dishes are spot on. In terms of cocktail recommendations the lemon myrtle margarita and the rum espresso martini are favourites among the night owls that drop in. The crispy pork belly is recommended for those who like a hearty meal.
