Book today, travel anytime within the next 12 months. Once you have commenced travel, you have another 12 months before your pass expires. Awesome!
Travel with a knowledgeable Driver Guide who will offer top tips on what to do and where to go along the way. They will even book your accommodation and activities if you need it.
Guaranteed accommodation: Stray reserves beds at of its’ overnight stops so you don’t need to worry about booking accommodation ahead. Simply pay as you go on arrival. If you’ve made other plans and don’t need the reservation, no worries!
Total flexibility: Have the freedom to hop-off anywhere along the route and spend more time in the places you love. When you are ready to get back on, simply book a seat and you are away again. With up to 6 departures per week in summer (a minimum of 3 in winter) there are always plenty of options.
Meet great people: Stray attracts adventurous, fun types of travellers who all have the same agenda; to have a great time exploring New Zealand and planning fun missions together.
Go further off the beaten track: While Stray’s route includes some of the iconic hot spots (like Queenstown and Rotorua), they are better known for their more adventurous ‘off the beaten track’ overnight stops into a remote and beautiful places most tourists have never heard about.
