A debt collector turned up to tell Donna Venables that she owed the NAB $7,000. Just one problem with that, as she had never banked with the NAB nor had a credit card with them.
The debt belonged to a Shepparton woman, who, despite sharing the same first name and surname, had a different middle initial and birth date.
