The air at the Cairns Dinner Theatre will carry the breathtaking vocals of Sarah C from Channel 7’s “ALL TOGETHER NOW” & Hayley Jensen from “THE VOICE” along with a talented cast of Australia’s leading singers in an excellent performance.
Simply keep a date free from 3rd April to 13th April.  The performance will be spiced up by the alluring steps of dancers with over 100 costumes. The 90-minute show will feature the best songs from over 70 years of “Divaship”, starting from Aretha Franklin through to Beyonce.  Tickets sell starting from $60.
Cairns Esplanade Markets
Set against the scenic waterfront of the Cairns, the brightly coloured market stalls display an array of trinkets, hand-made clothing, artwork and costume jewellery, lovingly hand-crafted for you!
The market comes to life every Saturday between 8 am to 4 pm to offer you a leisurely shopping experience, as you stroll around in one of the most beautiful spots of Cairn city. Enjoy a swim in the lagoon as well as the barbeques, free usage of exercise equipment and children’s playgrounds while you shop.
Cairns Marathon and Community Run Festival (2019)
The newest event to hit Cairns is the Marathon and Community Run Festival, in which 4000 athletes from Queensland interstate and overseas are expected to participate.
The event, first of its kind, is scheduled to be held on April 28.  Runners of all ages and abilities can participate in this scenic run which will include 2km, 5km, 10km, half (21km) and full (42km) marathon distances.  Others too can enjoy the fun!
Up to 4000 athletes are expected to compete in the first year over the five races.  The chosen charity for the event is Ronald McDonald House Charities, which is located at Palm Cove and provides respite for families of children who are seriously ill.
