Southbound Festival Reveals Biggest Line Up Yet

Southbound Festival is back for its 12th year with its largest lineup so far. It is Western Australia’s only major music and camping festival, and saw thousands flood down on Busselton last January for a Weekend of music and sunshine.
Next year, the three-day programme will kick off with a brand new night of partying and some exciting new arts initiatives, along with more shade to ward off the sunburn. Meanwhile, the wildly popular ‘camp next to your cars’ initiative will still be going strong.
The new Friday Night Fever program will give 50% of festival goers the chance of getting their hands on a three-day camping ticket, early access and the chance to set up at your own pace, before a dance off competition – channel your inner-diva – and an awesome fancy dress opening night party.
The line up this year is bigger and better than ever, with the likes of Alpine, Courtney Barnett, Disclosure, Django Django, Foals, Gang of Youths, The Maccabees, Little May and the inimitable Weird Al’ Yankovic all taking to the stage.
The opening fancy dress night, which will be Disco Inferno-themed will feature Art V Science, The Dancing Accountant, Death Disco DJs, Funk Club DJs, HWLS, Koi Child, Pilerats DJs and more.
