What’s on in Armadale this Christmas. Carols by Candlelight

In an annual Christmas tradition, the City of Armadale invites you to join in the festive spirit of the holiday season with Carols by Candlelight, led by the award-winning Armadale City Concert Band. This family-friendly Christmas event is bursting with community pride and celebration as it showcases some of the incredible talents from the Armadale area.

Changes

There will be some changes this year to ensure a COVIDSafe event. It will still be FREE and accessible, but this year will be a ticketed and fenced event. Tickets are strictly limited so make sure you get yours soon.

Safety

Safety is everyone’s responsibility, and to ensure a COVIDSafe event. It is expected that all merrymakers practice good hygiene and distancing whilst having a good old sing-along. We respectfully ask that anyone who is experiencing flu like symptoms please not attend. But don’t worry, the event will be live-streamed so that no one misses out. Come and share in the Christmas joy, and spread a little hope for the future this festive season.

Non-Perishable Food

For those wanting to truly embrace the spirit of the season, bring some non-perishable food items and groceries. This is for The Salvation Army Christmas Appeal.

Christmas Story Time

Join for a special Christmas Story time session. Santa’s clever Elf will read some Christmas stories, then reindeer hooves on the roof will herald the arrival of Santa himself. They will sing Christmas songs, listen to stories, and then have the opportunity to take family photos with Santa. Places are limited and bookings are essential. If you are unable to attend after booking please notify the library.
