By doing this, you’ll hopefully be able to ramp up your purchases from any of your suppliers that have product when your other suppliers are struggling to get you what you need. This way, you can protect yourself a bit more from being at the mercy of just one supplier or manufacturer that might be having their own issues to deal with.
