About the role:
This role is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level administration assistant to begin their administrative career with a well-established and respected firm. Working across a small number of practice areas, you will join the administration team and support numerous practitioners in an administrative capacity. The ideal person for this role will be able to integrate themselves seamlessly into the attitude and overall personality of the firm, as well as undertake all required administrative duties in order to maintain the smooth operation of the team.
Responsibilities will include:
Drafting letters and documents
Managing and sending emails
Editing court documents
Answering phone calls
Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
Creating PowerPoint presentations
Diary management
Filing
Mail distribution and management
Preparation of boardrooms and meeting rooms
Designing and distributing marketing material i.e. newsletters
Travel arrangements
Ad hoc administration duties i.e. photocopying, scanning etc.
