An Horse – Touring Australia This April

An Horse have just unveiled their Australian tour dates for April 2012, including performances in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

Having played Lollapalooza in the US among other international festivals, finishing up 2011 at Falls Festival, and recently filming the video for the third single from their acclaimed 2011 album ‘Walls’, ‘Airport Death’, in Brooklyn NYC, An Horse will return to Australia for a tour with a show at the Corner Hotel on Friday 27 April.

Following their hugely successful run on the Falls and Southbound Festivals, An Horse will return to Australia this April in continued support of their acclaimed 2011 full-length, Walls (Mom+Pop). The band have released a third video off Walls for the album track, “Airport Death”, the video was directed by Nina Stiefel, a recent graduate of the NYU Film School, and shot in Brooklyn, NY. The video is a true labor of love, worked on by several former NYU Film School students. Walls, released in April on Mom+Pop/Shock Records, garnered glowing critical acclaim and saw An Horse continue to keep a relentless pace on the road through Australia, Europe and North America, where they performed at Bamboozle Fest, Osheaga, Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, Rolling Stone Weekender and CMJ. 2012 will continue to be a busy year for the duo.
