SIX SUMMER ADVENTURES YOU COULD JOIN
1. Iceland – trail running bliss
Join this 4 day adventure to discover some of the country’s most spectacular trails. Run or hike 15-25 km each day on mostly soft trails and stay overnight in rustic mountain huts. 2. Real Nepal – Dolpo Pa Yak Migration
Prepare to trek 250km across Nepal on an extraordinary journey with the Dolpo Pa nomads. Each year the Dolpo Pa travel en masse toward Tibet in order to trade their yak, and this year you could to join them. You’ll follow ancient trading routes and trails high into the fabled Himalayas on this physically tough and culturally fascinating adventure – more info here.
3. Pioneer Expedition in Armenia
Armenia is poised to become adventure travel’s next big thing. Join this pioneering team to trek through Armenia’s Caucasus mountains and summit two 3,200m+ peaks. 4. The Last Frontier – Alaska Road Trip
Take a yellow school bus, remodel it into an overland vehicle and bring together a small group of adventure travellers to explore the wilderness on an awesome Alaska road trip. 5. Sail Across the Atlantic Ocean – Canada to Europe
Oh okay, this is hardly a sneaky break from work but this month long crossing is an epic as you travel from St John New Brunswick in Canada to Rotterdam, Netherlands. Join the crew of a Dutch tall ship for this hands-on transatlantic voyage that’s an exciting homecoming voyage for them too.
