As they currently move into a period of growth, an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager has become available to join their busy marketing team on this long term temporary assignment. You can enjoy state of the art offices in Sydney’s western suburbs, nestled amongst a buzzing café atmosphere and just a short stroll to public transport, or take advantage of included parking for those who like to drive.

Commencing immediately, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Project management of product launches including campaign and agency management for flagship launches
• Manage product positioning and imagery and rollout across all channels
• Manage, develop and implement POS, merchandise and other retail materials for product launches including creative development and rollout across all channels
• Where relevant, work with external creative and media agencies to develop and execute ATL campaigns
• Manage PR activity and events in conjunction with PR team and support with organisation of review devises for ongoing product reviews
• Manage product launch communications across all owned and earned channels including website, social media and CRM
• Support Marketing Manager and broader marketing team with flagship communications or activations where required
• Manage project budgets and timelines

As the successful candidate you will have;

• Relevant experience in an Assistant Marketing Manager position ideally in electronics, telecommunications or FMCG
• Digital and direct to consumer marketing expertise
• Experience in the development and execution of activity across a range of the marketing mix
• Strong project management skills with the ability to autonomously implement and execute marketing plans
• Adaptable and flexible for change
• Excellent account management, project planning and execution
• A strong relationship builder and excellent communication skills
