Band Of Skulls Announce Support For Australian Shows

Band of Skulls have announced that two exciting homegrown acts, The Laurels and The Love Junkies, will be joining them for their shows in Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.

The UK band will be arriving on Australian shores in just a few weeks time for Splendour in the Grass Festival, Spin Off Festival in Adelaide and of course their own sideshows.

The Laurels have developed a solid reputation as one of the country’s best live bands. In 2011 they were nominated as Best Live Music Act in the SMAC Awards (Sydney Music, Arts & Culture Awards). Their debut Album “Plains” is out Friday 13 July. The Laurels join BAND OF SKULLS in both Melbourne and Sydney.

At the Perth show will be The Love Junkies. During the past year, the Perth locals have taken on festival stages at Big Day Out and The Pines Festival. The band is currently working on their debut album due out later this year.
