The Open Water Diver Course takes three days to complete. As a Scuba Schools International course, it’s recognised as teaching you the fundamentals of scuba diving including theory and practical. You complete the theory online at home before the three days of the practical course begins, so there’s plenty of time for diving.

On your first day, you learn all about the equipment and core skills of scuba diving. Here, you use the Total Diving System in an enclosed swimming pool before you dive in the open water.

Day two is all about the ocean with two dives at Busselton Jetty to increase your confidence and familiarity of dive environments including marine life.

Finally, on day three, you show off your diving ability while your instructor watches you plan your own dive at Swan Wreck, Lena Wreck or 4 Mile Reef – amazing locations that divers would dream of exploring!

The Open Water Course is $525pp and includes full training from an instructor and a certificate once you have proven that you can scuba dive safely on your own.
