Yoga Fitness Kay-Yoga
While driving to a yoga session might feel somehow counterproductive, kayaking to one certainly doesn’t. Meet your instructor up in Manly and then paddle over to one of the nearby beaches where you roll out the mats before a 45-minute yoga session. You may have to get up a little early for these sessions on Thursday they leave at 9.30 and on Saturday it’s an 8 am start. The yoga is for all levels, but you do need to know how to swim, just in case. They also run classes that don’t feature the kayaking bit at the start, but are still on the beach.
