Big Thief release New Single ‘Humans’

Brooklyn band Big Thief have just released their latest single ‘Humans’ on Soundcloud.

The track is the third single release from their highly anticipated debut album ‘Masterpiece’. The album is set for release on the 27 May through Saddle Creek.

Singer, songwriter and guitarist Adrianne Lenker explained the meaning behind the track.

“It’s about that state of confusion immediately after you’ve been vulnerable with someone who sees you with total acceptance and unconditional love, and your defences dissolve until there’s nothing left to hide behind. When you’re fooling yourself, you can’t look in the mirror straight on, and when you can’t see yourself, you can’t see another, and you’re lost to love.”
