Any notable app purchases to help you through lockdown?

I bought my fitness pal to try and start tracking the food I ate in an attempt to get in better shape at the start of the covid lockdown, was a fantastic purchase!

No fitness classes, however I did actually try out the hard 75 by Andy Frisella. While it’s not a class, it’s a program that you must follow strictly and I completed that which was for me – a very good achievement.

BONKA SHARES NEW RECORD AND DAILY WELLNESS ROUTINE Have you bought any tech which has kept you busy over the last 12 months?

I bought a PlayStation which entertained me for about a week – I get distracted very easily.

Do you now include anything in your daily routine to help you with your mental health or to keep you feeling positive?

Every day I have added working out to my routine, which is probably the best thing I took away from covid.

Are you heading to any wellness retreats etc this summer? Or what holidays do you have planned? 

The only holidays I’m allowed to plan are Christmas so I have a Christmas getaway planned for three days. Then it’s back on the tools!
