Booka Shade Featuring. Fritz Kalkbrenner New Single ‘Crossing Boarders’

German House duo Booka Shade are set to release a new single from their highly successful fifth studio album Eve. The track, which comes out on 23rd March, is a collaborative effort, with the duo teeming up with fellow Berliner, Fritz Kalkbrenner. The DJ and producer leant his warm vocals to the track, which ebbs and flows in chilled out Electro.

Lyrically, ‘Crossing Borders’ demonstrates the trials and tribulations of everyday struggle, “we’ve got to go on, even if we stray, crossing borders to another side”. The track has inspired remixes from the likes of Mathias Kaden and Pleasurekraft, which will be popping up on the music scene in the next few months.

Booka Shade have an upcoming London concert at the Noise of Art’s ‘100 Years of Electronic Music’ celebration at the Village Underground on 25th April. The Electro duo will also play two of Germany’s biggest Rock festivals, Rock am Rig and Rock im Park.
