Brynny and Teddy Cream announced for Creamfields 2016
Melbourne production wunderkinds, Teddy Cream and Brynny, have been taking over the world one bootleg at a time, and now the pair have been invited to play at UK festival, Creamfields.
Creamfields is easily one of the most well-loved dance festivals in the world, and with this year’s line up showcasing a diverse list of artists like Armin van Buuren, Andy C, Jamie Jones, Four Tet, Laidback Luke, Pete Tong and many more, it’s safe to say that Teddy Cream and Brynny are gearing up for the biggest show of their career.
In the short space of 12 months, Teddy Cream and Brynny have both risen to some prominence, not just in their hometown of Melbourne, but also Australia. Not only did both acts recently complete tours of the UK and Asia, but they also received debut Top 10 placings in the 2015 Inthemix Top DJ poll (an annual Australian DJ poll as voted for by the public).
One look at their Soundcloud accounts is prove of just how popular they have become, with tracks regularly cracking over 500 000 plays. It was Brynny’s recent bootleg of Rihanna, Yeezy and Paul McCartney’s ‘FourFiveSeconds’ that really blew him into the stratosphere, and received over 1.5 million plays on Soundcloud, 4.8 million views on YouTube and even national radio airplay. Teddy Cream has had a massive run of bootlegs too with both their versions of Miley Cyrus’ ‘Party in the USA’, and Adele’s ‘Hello‘ cracking over 1 million repeats.
With the current wave of bounce popularity that is riding the global scene, Creamfields can expect two of the scene’s best to put on a clinic…
