· Work for Australia’s largest Healthcare recruitment provider sourcing Healthcare Candidates in Ireland and United Kingdom for roles in Australia
· Combined role of networking locally and internationally, a London Based role with regular trips to Ireland/Northern Ireland
· Generating Nurse, Doctor & Allied Health Professional candidates who are looking to work in Australia on either a temporary or permanent basis.

We are expanding our team based in London and seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, driven and passionate individual to focus predominantly on the Irish and Northern Ireland market. The role will be based in London with regular trips to generate candidates in Ireland/Northern Ireland.
This role will be responsible for marketing Australian opportunities to the Ireland/UK market and developing close working relationships with local nurses and healthcare professionals of the highest calibre. You will be primarily responsible for sourcing high-quality nurses using a variety of means, assisting candidates with the relocation process and working closely with our International team in Australia to ensure we are fulfilling our clients requirements. You will be embedded with the HCA International team to assist candidates with Rights to Work in Australia, and supporting candidates through their international professional membership process. You will be a highly organised individual who enjoys daily correspondence with candidates and your Australian counterparts

The ideal candidate will possess:
· A network and knowledge of the healthcare market in Ireland and Northern Ireland
· Strong business development and relationship management experience in either a Healthcare and/or recruitment industry.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organisation skills
· Computer literate.
Key responsibilities include:
· Sourcing, identifying and referring international Nursing, Allied and Doctor candidates who will meet the requirements of our client’s vacancies in Australia.
· Identifying and analysing new international permanent and temporary recruitment opportunities to develop business.
· Following agreed recruitment processes for both agency and permanent candidates.
· Providing guidance and support to candidate relocating internationally
· Business development within the Ireland/UK market
· Attending networking events, expo’s and career nights to develop and maintain business
