people2people are working closely with the NSW Government to recruit experienced Call Centre and Data Entry operators in Sydney. There are currently 3 positions available.
Responsibilities of the role:
- To provide a high level of Customer Service to employees in call centre environment both verbal and written
- Maintain customer records and follow up on all enquiries
- To provide accurate information to assist in the preparation of reports
Skills requirement:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent Data entry and systems skills SAP would be advantageous
- Previous experience working in call centre environment
