Cobblestone Jazz And Mathew Jonson Joint Tour

Two of the world’s most respected techno acts make their return to Australia. Slated for a headline show in Melbourne for Melbourne Music Week, Cobblestone Jazz and Mathew Jonson will also be heading to Strawberry Fields festival to go with a show in Sydney alongside the Palm Trax crew.

Since forming in 2002, the Canadian trio Cobblestone Jazz, have been at the pinnacle of the live techno improvisation. Responsible for two outstanding albums, featuring the modern classics ‘Dump Truck’ and ‘India In Me’, Cobblestone Jazz have become a key staple in the world techno scene. Away from Cobblestone Jazz, Mathew Jonson has pursued his own musical endeavours and honed in on his inimitable music soundscapes. Riding on the back of the critically acclaimed release of his fabric compilation, Jonson has undoubtedly made a name for himself within and without Cobblestone Jazz.

Jonson will be playing a live set himself at each show after his performance with Cobblestone Jazz.
