My client is a well-established residential building company based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. They are currently expanding and have several positions available within the organisation. The majority of the projects are residential with some commercial work. The current team are already highly skilled and dedicated trades people that take pride in their work.

Construction Foreman
Requirements:
• Preferably a trade qualified Carpenter
• Experience with using a computer and some experience with Microsoft word and excel
• Previous experience overseeing residential projects
• Good communication and people skills
• Previous foreman experience in a residential setting is a must
• Must be a team player and willing to work in the office or on the tools.
• Full driver’s license and construction white card
This is an ongoing position.
Pay rates for Foreman are between $30 – $40 per hour TFN, plus overtime penalty rates.
Carpenters
Requirements:
• Be trade qualified or have a least 6 years’ experience in the trade.
• Extensive experience in residential building
• Have own tools and transport, or be willing to get them.
• Full driver’s license and white card.
• The ability to work alone or as part of a team is a must.
These are ongoing positions.
Pay rates for Carpenters are between $30 – $40 per hour TFN, plus overtime penalty rates.
