About the company:

This family run business have been operating for the last 40 years in the Sydney market and have a turnover of $40M per year. They work across a number of building sectors including education, commercial, government and residential.

Role requirements:

As site manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the site. This includes quality, OH&S, liaising with the client and subcontractors and working closely with the Project Management team to ensure the project is delivered in budget, on time and to a quality and safe standard.

Skills required:

Ideally you will come from a trade background and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager on commercial, education or residential projects up to $10M and an ability to demonstrate successful projects and references to back this up is essential. You will have a determined attitude to ensure that the project flows on time and schedule.
