Deadmau5 To Release Double Album ‘while(1&lt;2)’

Electronic producer and performer deadmau5 has announced his new project, a double album entitled ‘while(1<2)’.

Available digitally from June 17th and physically on June 23rd, the album will be largest he’s put together. It will consist of 25 tracks and will be issued as a double-disc set. Loyal fans of deadmau5 will be familiar with some of the tracks, having been featured on his Soundcloud page over the last three years of his career.

On his latest project, deadmau5 says: “It was when I was working on some live stuff, setlists for shows and stuff like that, and it just must have been a couple of tracks that sounded pretty good stitched together end to start and I thought, ‘Well, if I ever do an album or compile this into some kind of album this has got to be that part of the order for that.’ And I just kind of took everything and played musical Tetris with it.”

‘while (1<2)’ is available digitally from June 17th on mau5trap/Virgin EMI.
