Dubstep king Excision is bringing his massive live show to Australian shores for his first visit in over four years.
Excision is widely regarded as the biggest dubstep act in the world. His show is a virtual apocalypse of twisting and morphing sounds that turn massive crowds into a frenzy. Hailing from picturesque British Columbia (Canada), it’s hard to believe such a beautiful place can breed such brutal and unforgiving sound. Excision is also the founder of Rottun Recordings (RR) which has shaped the sound of modern bass music through a huge arsenal of artists such as DJ Snake, Diplo, Skrillex and Virtual Riot.
The team from Inhibit are bringing Excision Down Under for his six date tour which kicks of in Adelaide on Thursday 8th of December at HQ Complex, after which the sound technician heads to Perth for three shows. Metro City will play host to 2 of those Perth shows, one will be the already sold out show on December 9, and then the recently announced second show at the same venue on Saturday the 10th of December. That very same day the Canadian will also do an under-age show at The Metropolis Fremantle. He then moves to burst eardrums at another sold out show, the Family Nightclub in Brisbane on December 16, after which he will play at the Enmore Theatre in Sydney on Saturday December the 17th. Tickets are literally flying out so get tickets now to avoid disappointment.
