Immediately available contract role for a confident EA. Working in a fast paced team you will use your highly organised skills to provide executive and administrative support to one of the Group Directors at this well recognized organisation.

Duties include:

• Extensive diary, travel co-ordination, and expense management
• Gate keeping, management and determine required action of the Directors correspondence and documents receive and produced by the team
• Record management using TRIM
• Preparation of agendas and meeting documents
• Venue and catering management
• Extensive meeting minutes and distribution accordingly
• Liaise with senior level executives and greater team across the department
• Assist in enquiry and complain resolution
• Drafting of briefs and reports
• Adhoc support to the greater team – document amendments, occasional travel, expenses
• Timesheet reporting using Excel and other reports as requested
• Ad hoc support to other Directors as required
• Ad hoc administrative support to greater team

What you need to bring to this role:

• Solid senior level support ideally within a Government organisation
• Competent working in a paper based environment
• Proven ability to pre-empt requirements, manage busy diary, make last minute changes and document preparation
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient using TRIM and SAP
• Intermediate – advance level with MS Skills
• Desire to work within fluid, fast past work environment
