Field Day Festival 2012: 2nd June, Victoria Park, London
Field Day is a summer event bringing together many of London’s alternative concert and club promoters (Eat Your Own Ears, Bugged Out!, Bleed, Lanzarote) to produce a day of music, dancing and maximum hoopla set in London’s heartland at Victoria Park. Music is the main driver but it also aims to have the charm of a village fete. There are multiple music stages and fete activities with a twist.
Due to the London 2012 Olympics, Field Day has moved to a new date for 2012, and will now take place over the Diamond Jubilee, June bank holiday on Saturday 2nd June 2012.
