Fistful Of Soul At Ding Dong Lounge

For an evening of swinging rhythm & blues, funky Motown and soulful beats to dance the night away to, look no further than Fistful Of Soul at the Ding Dong Lounge this October.

Presented by ‘Melbourne Soul Inc’, the October edition of Fistful of Soul is set to feature resident DJs playing 60’s & 70’s Classic & Northern Soul, in addition to Neo funk band Revomatix. As if this wasn’t enough of a treat for your ears, there will also be appearances from the legend of Northern Soul that is Vince Peach and the host of one of the longest running soul radio shows in the world, DJ Jeremy Robertson.

Brainchild of Billy Walsh, former drummer of the Cosmic psychos, the Ding Dong lounge in the heart of chinatown is no stranger to parties. As Melbourne’s premier underground live music hub, it has welcomed the likes of The White Stripes, Plan B and The Melvins, to name but a few.
