Flashmob Drops ‘Day To Nights’ Featuring Anna Wall
Italian producer Flashmob has dropped his latest single on the Out of Mind imprint, featuring vocals from acclaimed British producer Anna Wall.
The release of ‘Days to Night’ comes with a trio of remixes from Out of Mind label boss Philip Bader, Mennie, and an alternative Afterdawn mix. The super-versatile Flasmob perfectly demonstrates his continued versatility as a producer and will no doubt be featuring on dance floors all across the world in summer 2016.
The Italian is no stranger to chunky baseline and wastes not time setting the tone on this record. The thick, rolling baseline and intelligent high-hat interludes blend perfectly before the sultry vocal drops in over a range of beautifully distant synths. British producer and DJ Anna Walls deep vocals lay relaxingly over the tough, upfront beat with her spoken verses adding to the tracks overall intensity. Accompanying this is the equally impressive ‘Afterdawn Mix’, which keeps the vibes deep while taking the vocal to an altogether more suspenseful location. The afterhours feeling outlined in the title is shown off with the clever use of harder synths and rolling high-hats.
Flashmob has made the most of his contacts in the underground music world; calling on a duo of the undergrounds hottest acts for remix duties on this release. Out of Mind label boss Phillip Bader steps up to the plate with a huge club ready roller before Mennie drops a dark take on the original to perfectly round off the remix package. All three artists keep the release cohesive while adding their own distinctive production styles to each track.
Keep an eye out for what is next for Flashmob and Anna Wall.
