Free Vivid Sydney Ferry & New Vivid App

With the biggest ever Vivid Light Walk set to illuminate the Sydney Harbour foreshore in just four days’ time, exploring the new sights and sounds of Vivid Sydney 2013 has just got easier, thanks to a brand new, free Vivid Sydney app, and a free Vivid Sydney Harbour Shuttle ferry service on offer from Destination NSW.

Available for download now, the Vivid Sydney app includes an interactive map with points of interest, information about the projections, light installations and artists; suggested itineraries; and special features including a ‘favourites’ function that highlights ‘not to be missed’ installations to help planning for the best Vivid Sydney experience.

On from 24 May to 10 June 2013 every night from 6pm, Vivid Sydney is set to amaze visitors with more than 60 interactive light installations and projections across Circular Quay, The Rocks, Walsh Bay, and new for this year – the western side of the Harbour Bridge at North Sydney, Fort Denison, and amazing, Australian-first water theatre performances at Darling Harbour.
