Game, Chateux, Match – Tennis Holidays

Luxury chateau Lou Casteou in the South of France has announced the dates of its next all-inclusive, luxury residential tennis event, from the 7th to 11th May, 2015.

The four-night event will cater for up to 18 guests, on a luxury all-inclusive basis. All meals, drinks and wines will be included and talented French chef, Jonathan Levy will prepare healthy and delicious meals served around the chateau’s heated infinity pool, weather permitting, in its historic cloisters or elegant, period reception rooms.

Tennis sessions, held at a nearby club affiliated with Lou Casteou, will be led by Richie Baker and his experienced team of French and English tennis professionals. Richie is a Level 4 LTA coach, a Sports Physiotherapist and Specialist in Musculoskeletal and sports injuries.

On arrival, on Thursday 7th May, lunch will be served and the first tennis session will be held during the afternoon. A champagne reception will be held on Thursday evening followed by the welcome dinner, during which the programme will be discussed and guests’ input will be welcomed.

Tennis coaching sessions will take place each morning, with singles or doubles played in the afternoons, as preferred by guests and organised by the pros. A tournament will be held on Sunday, followed by a celebratory, closing dinner. The final tennis session will be held on the morning of Monday 11th May, followed by lunch and guest departures.

Tennis coaching sessions will be designed to suit the level and needs of guests and will be followed by a stretching session, swim if so desired and then a delicious lunch served at Lou Casteou.

Non-playing partners are also welcome to attend the event and can relax by the heated swimming pool, or visit local beaches and the many cultural and historic attractions the Cote d’Azur has to offer. Local town Frejus holds a Provencal market and the picturesque beaches of Agay and St. Aygulf are a short drive away.

The event is priced at £1,180 inc.VAT per person, for a private room or £980 inc. VAT per person, for two guests, sharing a room.
