The Globe Backpackers hostel is located on 561 Wellington Street, corner of Queen Street, Perth Western Australia.

The new premises opened on the 1 st of June 2004 and boasts the highest quality and best value for money backpacker accommodation in Perth WA.

At Globe Backpackers all rooms are centrally heated and cooled and have private lockers, fresh linen, brand new pillows, blankets and mattresses. We have 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 bed dormitories. We also offer more private accomodation with our Double, Single (with private facilities) and Twin rooms.

Our courtyard is a great place to relax, eat, get together for a drink with friends or maybe if it’s a hot day, take a dip and cool off in the sparkling pool!

Our reception is open 24/7 for your convenience. We sell plain and flavoured milk, soft drinks, ice tea, water, crisps, biscuits as well as various personal products (razors, deodorant, soap, shampoo, etc)

Friendly staff are more than happy to help with any travel and accommodation enquiries you may have.

There are two public phones in the reception area, and we are able to forward calls made to the front desk. We also sell a range to of interstate and international phone cards. Mail forwarding facilities are available.

Our premises are fully secure.

Our internet café is open 24/7 for your convenience. We have colour printing, scanning and photocopying. Our computers are Japanese, Korean and Chinese enabled.

How to get here:
We are located at 561 Wellington Street, corner of Queen Street, Perth 6000 in Western Australia.

We are at a very central location, 50m from the city bus station and 100m from the city train station, and shopping arcades.

Need to get to or from the domestic or international airport? You can catch the ‘Perth City Airport Shuttle’, which drops off and picks up guests 50m from our backpackers hostel accommodation.

Most tour operators pick up and drop off across the road from our hostel, making it even easier to get to and from your tour bus!
