Key accountabilities:

• Partner the CIO in delivering ICT programs which influence the strategic goals of the organization
• Drive the implementation and of new cloud based solutions that align with the organisation’s digital workplace strategy.
• Advise the CIO around future investments in ICT systems and processes to support business objectives
• Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to ensure program outcomes are met.
• Drive ongoing analysis and review of ICT service delivery strategy and constantly improve the same
• Review and report on the organisation’s ICT operating plans and associated projects, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction of the business.

Candidate Background

• Strong experience of driving ICT initiatives on both Build and Run side of things
• Prior experience of delivering transformation projects around Application upgrades/ Infrastructure refreshes/ CRM implementation
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience of managing implementation partners and service providers
