Jackson On George Whiskey Dinner

In its very own PJ Irish Whiskey Bar, the Jacksons On George team are setting up the first Whiskey Dinner that will be featuring the Johnnie Walker and Blue Label. On the 15th October from 6pm, the unique event starts with tickets already available, so we recommend you act fast to ensure you’ve got a table for you and your mates.

The night will include Chef Ronny Ghantous who is the head chef at the Gallager Hotel who is the mind behind the culinary creations. The delicious dishes will be complemented by the selections of whiskey provided by Johnnie Walker labels, including Blue Label and there will be complimentary tastings of the 6 different whiskies, alongside a 5 course meal.

• Johnnie Walker Black, paired with Cape Grim Beef Carpaccio, Roquefort Crumble, Thyme Crouton
• Johnnie Walker Double Black, paired with Tea Smoked Duck Taco, Caramelised Fennel & Mandarin Segment
• Johnnie Walker Gold, paired with Butter Poached Cod, Corn Puree
• Johnnie Walker Platinum, paired with Choc Nougat Tart, Nutty Soil and Praline
• Johnnie Walker Blue to finish
