Join Record Paradise To Celebrate Record Store Day 2014
On Saturday 19th April, Record Paradise invites you to their store located on Union Street to help continue their tradition of supporting local musicians pressing vinyl by hosting a massive party with piles of new local and reissued vinyl.
It’s not all about new vinyl and reissues though; the Record Paradise’s Lucky 7” Dip tradition takes place on the main counter each year. With specially selected records chosen for the game you can win anything from The Beatles to Kate Bush.
It wouldn’t be Record Store Day without a performance from the bands actually releasing onto vinyl. This year, the store will play host to Sun God Replica with their recent vinyl release ‘The Devil And The Deep’. I, A Man will also be performing their debut LP and vinyl release of ‘Gravity Wins Again’.
The store will be open from midday and remain open until 7pm.
