
Josh Kumra Added To Save The Children’s, Christmas Tree Sessions!
Chart topping singer songwriter Josh Kumra is announced for Save The Children’s inaugural Christmas Tree Sessions curated by Lauren Laverne. He joins the likes of Fyfe Dangerfield and Kodaline with many more to be announced. Tickets go on general sale today.
Save the Children is pleased to announce an evening ofincredible live music in the stunning setting of Islington’s Union Chapel on the evening of Friday 14th December. Curated by Lauren Laverne, who will also be manning the DJ decks throughout the evening, this unique event offers a superb fusion of entertainment – music, comedy, poetry, literary readings – all with a Christmas flavour, plus short films showing Save the Children’s work in the UK and overseas.
This intimate and inclusive evening will include all the magic of Christmas: the traditional tree, mulled wine, mince pies, audiencesing-a-long, and the chance to customise your own bauble as part of the décor. The wearing of Christmas jumpers will be heartily encouraged and there will be a photo booth on site to record those lovely woollies.
