Kaiser Chiefs Confirm Brand New Album ‘Education, Education, Education and War’ for March 2014.
British Indie rockers Kaiser Chiefs have been relatively quiet as of late, but the band have now ended this phase with some exciting news; a bombshell in the form of their brand new album ‘Education, Education, Education & War’ set for release on March 28th 2014 via Liberator Music.
This impending release bookmarks the Brit Award winners’ fifth studio album, featuring ten of their latest tracks to showcase a refreshingly modern new sound.
Produced by Ben H. Allen III – who has worked with talents such as Gnarls Barkley, Animal Collective and Deerhunter previously – Education’ will be gracing our ears with tracks such as ‘Coming Home’ and ‘Misery Company’. These crisp new tunes have been received with plenty of praise already; most notably during the band’s live performances earlier this year, as crowds at the Lollapalooza Festival, Hyde Park and the homecoming Leeds Arena show welcomed new material with both open arms and ears.
Formed way back in 1996, the Mercury-nominated Kaiser Chiefs have found international success since, touring Australian in both 2011 and ’12 with impressive performances at both ‘Splendour in the Grass’ and ‘Groovin’ the Moo’.
With plenty of sideshows under their belt alongside major headlining slots, the band have also had multiple entries in to the Hottest 100 over the years – and new album Education, Education, Education & War looks set to follow in the bands’ fruitful footsteps!
