A well-known law firm with a central location and low staff turnover is looking for a Legal Secretary to perform duties including:
Preparing correspondence
Opening & closing files
Drafting court documents
Managing diaries and schedules
Monthly billing
Dictaphone typing
Liaising with clients
General administrative duties
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years working as a Legal Secretary with various areas of Law being considered
A proactive approach to work
Experience using a document management system
Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills and a fast and accurate typing speed
Excellent communication skills
Corporate presentation
