To be the succesful candidate you will have a proven ability in legal administration and hands on working experience within a law firm. You will have accurate typing, spelling, grammar and proof reading coupled with advanced skills in outlook and word software. In addition you will communicate to an acceptional standard be committed and pro-active with a focus on client service.

The Role:

Reporting to a team leader you can expect to undertake a variation of work for the entire litigation team. As you advance your skills you can expect to progress you career to support fee earners within the Litigation Practice Group. Your duties will include:

• Typing briefs to counsel
• Preparing court documents
• Collation of documents and evidence
• Opening and closing of client files
• Digital dictation
• Preparing emails and memos
• Assisting with client billing
• Assisting with diary management
• Archiving documents
