Live Review: Ushuaia Pooldisco

Who says that Ibiza has to stop getting bigger and better? Someone who obviously hasn’t visited Ushuaïa Hotel’s Pooldisco on a fine Saturday afternoon and evening.

Ushuaïa Hotel’s Pooldisco has everything you would want from an Ibizan party. The sound system is incredible, the lights are second to none and the visuals are mind boggling. As the planes come over head, bringing more people to the party, you can’t help but feel a little sadness and sympathy for the people flying in the opposite direction. One second later, you forget this moment of sadness, turn back to the stage and feel an unbelievable sense of completion fulfil your disco dancing torso.

This is thanks to the amazing set up the guys at Ushuaïa have pulled out the bag and pulled off in full success. Severino’s cheeks were shaking not just with glee but to the bass which filled the sunlit Ibizan air, the actual stage which the crowd surrounds is breathtaking and almost makes you forget that the pool is behind you.It all about the music, the attention to detail, coupled with the beautiful dancers and live musicians that help to create a dream world that frankly, I never wanted to leave.
