Love Saves The Day Announces First Headliner

Follow us on Google News

The West Country’s number one summer music festival has just released a glimpse of their 2017 line-up, and it may be only December, but we’re already excited.

Love Saves The Day is well into its sixth year as Bristol’s favourite music festival with revellers from all over Europe congregating in the city’s Castle Park. As part of the initial line up for this year, the festival have given us a pre-Christmas treat by revealing the first of their Sunday headliners – New Zealand based soul band Fat Freddy’s Drop.

The fun-loving reggae seven-piece band from Wellington have a fantastically distinct musical style that is a splendid mix of dub, soul, jazz, rhythm and blues – perfect for those gloriously golden summer days. Whilst the festive period is well underway, Fat Freddy’s Drop has us already looking forward to the summer festival season!
