Major Tom & The Atoms are an explosive 6-piece rhythm’n’blues orchestra, featuring ex-Little Red baritone crooner, ‘Major’ Tom Hartney. After 6 years touring the world and beyond with Little Red, Major Tom has returned to his honkytonk roots, and signed up a dazzling troupe of new recruits to share in the booty..!

Taking their cues and clues from the greats of yesteryear – Tom Waits, Dr John and The Doors – Major Tom & The Atoms concoct an intoxicating brew of spy-chedelic shoot-out tunes and howlin’ growlin’ jungle grooves. Their new EP Shake It Til You Break It, featuring the arresting groove of lead single The House That Love Built, has rocketed The Atoms into the league of Australia’s most exciting new bands.

Major Tom & The Atoms will play the Espy front bar on Saturday 7th July with Mojo Juju, The Bluebottles, & The Harlots.
