Monday Nights At The Espy
Monday nights this winter at the Espy see The Pierce Brothers perform their high-energy, foot-stomping indie folk in the front bar. It’s been a great year for this duo, supporting the likes of The Beards, Ash Grunwald, and the Bamboos on tour and being compared to Simon and Garfunkel and Mumford and Sons. Their alluring tunes have won over crowds throughout the country and now you can see them too at the Espy.
Also making an appearance on Mondays is Rattlin’ Bones Blackwood. Born from small bars and streets of Atlanta, Georgia, he started off with a donated guitar, a plywood board and two milk crates. He’s improved his kit with a better guitar, half a drum kit and a more comfortable seat. Completing the lineup is Australia’s Got Talent season five finalist Adam Hynes, whose influences include Damien Rice, Ani DiFranco and Jason Mraz.
With a lineup as promising as this, don’t hibernate this winter – get yourself down to the Espy!
