Music & Design combine on Meem’s new album ‘Monsters Don’t Sleep Ok!’

Music meets design with the groundbreaking fifth release from Sydney’s pioneering electronic music producer Michael Moebus, aka Meem. Featuring the likes of Mr Scruff, Roots Manuva, Raashan and Ahmad & The Boom Band Krewe the new album ‘Monsters Don’t Sleep OK!’is set for success. But don’t wait too long on this one, ‘Monsters Don’t Sleep Ok!’ will be independently self-released as a limited edition (only 200 copies) and features artwork and packaging that are as creatively important as the music itself.

The first single from the forthcoming album, “Get Down Party”, is a synth based party hip hop track, with leanbacks to 80s hip hop from the Grandmaster Flash era. It is the first hip hop track to be released under the Meem banner, with the help of Raashan Ahmaad (Crown City Rockers) on vocals.
