Music Film Clip Reveal By Claude Hay

Is there such a thing as sophisticated surrealism? There is in the latest music film clip reveal of Borracho/Run. Claude Hay is known for his great music through live looping, where he creates the sound of a live band whilst playing solo (all hail technology). He has teamed up with live musicians (living, breathing humans) to release the double A-side single Borracho/Run.

The film clip gets down to the gritty dirt through the tale of Claude and the boys angering the local drug lord through the misuse of Tequila. This clip is animated in the style of Mexican Bar Noir by Mark Foxall and has a realistic touch regardless of it being animation. The great reveal followed his recent shows and festival performances throughout the Netherlands. His new side-project, ‘The Gentle Enemies’, has begun with a great unveiling which tells us that there is always more to come from Claude.
