Nathan Barato Releases ‘Wobble Talk’ EP

World-renowned house label Hot Creations is back with another hotly anticipated EP. ‘Wobble Talk’ comes courtesy of Toronto-based DJ & producer Nathan Barato and is available on nvinyl and Beatport. This is Nathan’s second release on the imprint after ‘Everytime I see you’ was released in late 2014.

The first track on the EP ‘Talk On’ features Sasha Brown and is the perfect example of the skills Barato possesses. The song opens with rattling percussions and hit-hats, with a rumbling bassline following shortly behind. Chopping’s of Sasha’s vocals are teased in and out until tensions are built, then the vocals become more evident and recognisable. Echo’s of ‘Talk to Me Baby’ repeats until that rumbling bassline kicks back in and the teasing is replaced by thumping bass.

‘Wobble Back’ is a more straightforward affair than the first song. A low pitched ‘wobbling’ synth melody over the top of skipping hi-hat forms the backbone of this track. Having already released with labels like Defected and Circus Records Nathan’s profile continues to rise rapidly. His worldwide touring being as a good an insight as you need to this mans talents, Nathan has played major venues across Europe including Paradise in Ibzia and The Warehouse Project in Manchester. Expect more to come from this guy in 2016.
