Nina Kraviz Set For A Huge Trip
Russian DJ Nina Kraviz heads Down Under next month for a five date Australasian tour.
The multi-talented DJ, producer, singer and song-writer is one of the most exciting techno and house DJ’s on the electronic music scene right now. Renowned for her eclectic taste of idiosyncratic music, in 2014 Kraviz established her own label трип (pronounced trip), focusing on the trippy, acidic sounding electronic music that has become synonymous with her name.
Kraviz has seen her career soar in the past five years, with her label receiving Mixmag’s record label of the year award in 2015 and securing a regular slot this year on BBC Radio 1’s Residency Show.
Her charisma and ability to connect with the crowd, on top of her fearless music selections has earned her headline status at some of the world’s biggest festivals including: Coachella, Amsterdam Dance Event, Awakenings, Dekmantel, Sonar, DEMF, and many more.
Kraviz begins her Australasian tour in Auckland on Friday 11th November to play Friendly Potential before heading to Australia to play smalltown in Melbourne on Saturday 12th November (alongside Marcel Dettmann and Bjarki at a beach party), two dates in Sydney at Chinese Laundry on Friday 18th November and Habourlife on Saturday 19th November. Kraviz concludes her tour by playing Garden Party in Perth on Sunday 20th November.
