No Pants Tube/Subway Ride Sunday 13th January 2013
Free as a bird? High as a kite? Whatever your reasons are for not wanting to wear any pants, get involved this Sunday 13th January for the 12th annual No Pants Subway Ride in New York City and if you’re in London, then make sure you hop on the tube without your trousers on (which we wouldn’t have thought would be too difficult for all you slutty dirty stop outs out there)!
The annual No Pants Subway Ride started off as a prank by seven guys, but has since become an international phenomenon.
To conduct a No Pants Subway/ Tube Ride is really rather simple: Random passengers board a subway car at separate stops in the middle of winter without pants. The participants do not acknowledge each other, and they all wear winter coats, hats, scarves, and gloves. The only unusual thing is their lack of pants/ trousers. So it’s advisable to pop on a pair of pants.
No pants will be worn in New York on Sunday 13th January between 3-5pm
