Oddisee – 1st Mar

On Thursday March 1st at the Civic Underground three of Hip Hop’s best producers perform under one roof and also judge the inaugural beat battle in Sydney. Affiliated with Mello Music Group/Low Budget Crew, Oddisee is also a member of Diamond District and widely regarded as one of the best Producer/MC’s in the game.

Katalyst will be Playing an exclusive DJ set to preview the “Quakers” – a joint project with Geoff Barrow from Portishead which features 35 of Hip Hop’s dopest MC’s.

M-Phazes is one of the most in demand Hip Hop producers right now who has produced for the likes of Pharaohe Monch, Talib Kweli, Bliss n Eso, Kimbra and many more.

Together, these three top artists will be judging the first Sydney invitational producer beat battle! Bare witness to 4 of Sydney’s best producers as they go head-to-head, battling it out for bragging rights along with a gang of prizes valued at over $1,000 from Steinberg and KC Wonder Apparel!
And as well as this, they will be supported by Ellesquire (Big Village), DJ Frenzie and DJ Ology so get down for this massive event.
