Official Splendour In The Grass 2013 Sideshows Announced

The official sideshows for the sold-out Splendour in The Grass festival have been announced.

James Blake, Haim, MS MR, EVERYTHING EVERYTHING and Jake Bugg will be performing shows all over Australia.

Splendour in the Grass takes place on 26th, 27th and 28th July at Byron Bay and tickets are on sale at 9am on Monday 13 May 2013.

Two years ago James Blake released one of the best albums of 2011. With his two shows in March selling out in just minutes, these tickets are expected to go fast.

Californian siblings, Haim topped the BBC’s Sound of 2013 and conquered SXSW. Este, Danielle and Alana’s live shows are a must-see.

The New York duo, MS MR, first won us over with ‘Hurricane’, 2012’s Candy Bar Creep Show EP. The duo have just finished a US tour with Jessie Ware and HBO used their track ‘Bones’ for the Season Three trailer for ‘Game of Thrones’.

The Manchester quartet EVERYTHING EVERYTHING released their second album ‘Arc’ at the end of last year. They made their way into Triple J’s Hottest 100 with their complex and eclectic sound.

Nottingham’s 19-year-old Jack Bugg is known for his number one song ‘Two Fingers’. The song was released in October 2012 and since then, Jake has been nominated for a Brit award and Ivor Novello trophies for his self-titled LP.
